Context
Following a court decision won by WADIVO, former Ecobank Cameroon clients were entitled to claim reimbursement of unlawfully charged banking fees — they just needed to know about it.

Make sure every eligible former Ecobank Cameroon client actually knew about their right to a refund, and knew how to claim it easily, before the reimbursement window closed.
