A video capsule that makes an institutional project understandable to everyone
6Congo Basin countries reached
Context
As part of Project 19, the OIF wanted to showcase its work with young people, women and environmental innovators across the six countries of the Congo Basin in a 2-3 minute institutional capsule — clear enough for a broad audience, including people unfamiliar with Project 19, while still meeting the rigor expected of communication aimed at decision-makers and partners.
Client objectives
Make the project understood, felt, and worth exploring further: introduce Project 19 and the challenges it addresses simply, show its impact across the Congo Basin concretely, put a human face on the work through beneficiaries and testimonials, highlight results achieved over 2024-2026, make the case for its regional reach, and generate interest from partners and funders.
Our strategy
Rather than a standard institutional presentation video, we built a short, progressive, emotional narrative in five acts — the challenge, the OIF's response, the initiatives, the beneficiaries, the results — with real people at the center alongside field footage, short testimonials, animated figures and motion design sequences.
Our intervention
End-to-end editorial and creative direction: analyzing Project 19's communication objectives, defining the creative concept, building the narrative, writing and timing the script, defining visual intentions scene by scene, integrating testimonials, staging key figures in motion design, and highlighting the six Congo Basin countries — all kept coherent with the OIF's visual identity.
Deliverables
- Full creative concept document (intention, concept, timed script, motion design)
- 2-minute-30 institutional script, maximum
- Creative direction: institutional + human + cinematic + accessible
- Data treatment: key figures turned into animated visual sequences
Value created
Rich, complex institutional material turned into an accessible, structured, emotional audiovisual story — without losing the credibility and rigor an international organization requires.
Client feedback
The OIF expressed great satisfaction with the quality of the capsule produced for Project 19.
