AMIDEFEM

Context

AMIDEFEM (Amicale de Développement des Filles et Femmes de Mengong) is an association based in Mengong, in Cameroon's South region, working for the empowerment of women and girls through local solidarity, support for academic excellence, and encouraging income-generating activities in rural areas. Before this project, the association had no online presence at all — no site, no showcase for its mission, and no easy way for future members, partners or supporters to get in touch.

Client objectives

A professional site that builds trust from the first visit, with a clear presentation of the association's mission and activities, a simple way for visitors to get in touch or join, a visual identity faithful to the official logo — and a fast launch, with no in-house technical team on the client side.

Our strategy

Rather than a long validation cycle, a fast, iterative development approach in constant dialogue with the client: build fast, show early, adjust in real time to every round of feedback — including hand-annotated screenshots — without ever blocking the launch.

Our intervention

Design and development of a complete 6-page site (Home, About, Activities, Gallery, News, Contact) with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, deployed on Vercel. The colour palette was extracted directly from the pixels of the association's official logo rather than a generic template. Logo, social links and then photographs were integrated as they became available on the client's side, and support extended to the step-by-step production rollout — configuration, domain, launch — explained in accessible language for a team with no technical background.

• Smart contact form with pre-qualified subject line (membership, partnership, support)
• Visual identity extracted from the association's official logo
